Oh it has been a while. Again. I guess wishing you Happy New Year till the end of April is a bit too much. Yes, if you are a slow starter, maybe it is fine for you, but if you ain't you might have seen it too much. Anyway I really ment it well.

Slow starters... well, that title fits quite well for the moment, oh yes. As after postponing it for the time a fine whiskey needs to age, I finally started taking driving lessons. And May 29th will be my first try to get the license, and I hope one try will do. My instructor Vidjay seems to be quite good, so who knows I will be able to cruise in our old Peugeot before the world runs out of fuel.

For the rest... We will be appearing in the Pitch! publication on young architects in Den Haag (The Hague). We had our picture taken one night with nighty Den Haag in the background - from the roof of our office - while the wind was trying to take the camera, the flash and all other equipment along. But we all survived. 28th of May at 20.00hrs the publication will be celebrated in Stroom. I think you might need to reserve, but I think the news is newer than their website. We are doing some renovations/remodelling work and formed a team for a competition with Pi de Bruin en CHNL. The first ideas are nice, but time is short, like always. But we are hunting for a prize...

So that's the news so far. The snowy captures of the new year's and birthday celebrations in Belgrade and Zagreb are a bit out of place now spring has finally started, but I presume some of them will appear on flickr or somewhere. That is when I find the time to edit them. Has that been all for traveling in 2008? Yes it has, except for a funeral of Ingrid's grandmother in Strasbourg. Getting a driver's license is leaning heavily on the mobility budget. So again no Lithuania for this spring and no short trip to Kostrena I presume. But hopefully summer will be better.
