EASA Dino - meeting?
www.jelkkruk.com

There are thoughts about having a somehow serious Dino meeting in 2009. Small but nice. Maybe twenty - fourty people. We'll see. We might set up some kind of online way to register our addresses for Dino's, so we can find each other, even after years. If we want or need. I'll work on it.

Earlier plans to have a meeting didn't seem to have worked out, but the idea is still vivid. People can discuss their relevant subjects in architecture and urban planning and discuss future project oriented co-operations. The event is supposed to last a week and have a serious perspective, even though it should be a very enjoyable event.

I have been dreaming about such an event since a long time and I really hope this event will work out that way. It might be a small first step in achieving the ideas I, Arvid, Adam and others have been discussing on EAPA. I believe it is a thing which can grow, but doesn't need to be or even shouldn't be too big in the beginning. The only thing it needs is people who really are seriously interested and contributing on the event itself. The results - if any - will speak for themselves and make the organization 'sustainable'.

Let me know if you want to join or contribute, if you have a suitable location or if you have some island for sale that you think we can afford, preferably somewhere in de adriatic sea.

EASA? What is EASA?
EASA is an event where about 300 European Architecture Students gather together every year. It is a great way to meet people from all over Europe.

DINO's? Didn't they die a while ago?
People, who became addicted to EASA and went there at least a zillion times are called EASA Dino's. They are (getting) old.
